PH is fine... there are many people that have ph around 8 with rays... it is likely due to the uncycled tank... can you take some of your bio media out of your main tank and put it in hospital tanks filter? that would help get some bb going... and i would get the water parameters right before trying to treat cuz the ammonia could be the problem... how long have you had the ray? that would help also as if it's a new addition or one you have had for some time now?

I have tried adding some of the bio media, but still it's too slow to take the ammonia out. I had this ray for about 1+ years.
This ray used to eat a lot, it will eat until the stomach go big.

I did took the sick rays today to the main tank.
Once i drop this guy to the main tank, the curl is gone.
But it still won't eat.
I also did change the water in the main tank 10% to reduce salt content.
Once I changed the water the leo goes darker.
I hope tomorrow this guy will eat little bit.
I really hope this ray will get well soon.

Keep the lights off as well... it will help him to relieve stress.. try to get him to eat some nightcrawlers too... they love them. ammonia is def. the problem here...
