Update: Just woke up and he seems to have gotten slightly worse. Now his whole body is floating again and he seems less active.

Sure thing. I think his pale color was mainly because i had just turned on the lights. Also, he seems a bit bloated, would that seem like dropsy?

Maybe bloat than dropsy. Can try adding a round of kanamycin.
