Ive got a 75 gal tank with 3 green spotted scats, a mono argentus, 2 g tile moray eels moving to 150 gal soon). anyways my largest scat (6")is quite aggressive towards his closest rival a 5" stressing him out most of the time. this results in him changing colors to brown when hes upset. lately it seems he has ick as i can see the white spots on his side. none of my other fish have shown any signs of catching it. is it possible that the ich is due to stress and not contagious. im new to sw, my tank is brackish but my sg is 1.019 and rising to 1.023 - 25 soon. ive also never dealt with ich before any suggestions?
water params aok.

usually I just give my fish a freshwater bath...put them in freshwater and use my finger to remove the ich by rubbing the fish...for 4 to 5 seconds each time...
