The companies that make it call it "Eggcrate Louvers".

I know that they also use it in drop ceilings for ventilation purposes as well. It helps keep from having moisture issues above or below a drop ceiling. Most contracters I've worked around just call it venting material.

But typically in the store just look for a shelf holding various light diffusers and there should be some sitting there. Make sure to check it out before buying as well, sometimes you may grab one that is chipped up or partial broken and won't know until you get home. If you have to pay for it, then I suggest getting a good piece!
