Silver Aro Acting Weird

so yesterday my silver arowana was totally fine. he was swimming at the top and eating like a pig! (krill) now today i got home from school and hes just sitting on the bottom with his fins open. he hasnt been eating nor has he really been moving around. hes in a 150g with good water chemistry. any advise? p.s. sorry for crappy photos lol

Why water is so cloudy and green ?

currently do not have nitrate/nitrate test kits but will get them tonight
water appears green cause of lighting on tank and slight algae bloom

Yes, as of right now they are still fine. The arowana is about 5x larger than the gars mouth.

that fish is stressing/spooked of something other than that its fine, its common with smaller arowana(baby to juvies stage)
