Silver aro buldging eyes!!! Help!

i have had this aro for about a month he was eating fine up until about a week ago then kinda stoped showing interest in food for a couple of days and began to eat again until 3 days ago. I just knoticed his eyes are buldging out of his head and he still wont eat . i am feeding him precooked shrip. any help or advice would be great, i dont have my camera

sounds like he has drop eye. It is a condition found in over 90% of domestic silver arowanas, the cause is still unknown (don't let anyone tell you they know what it is). It is unfortunate, but won't really hurt the aro.
 
Raw shrimp would be better for your aro, also get him eating a quality pellet food. The bulging eyes, are they pointing downward?
 
they are not pointing down they are poping out, i had a gold fish that did this and like a month later he died, he is not as active as he was either. he moves very slugish and when he was acting normal he would be the first one to get the food
 
sounds like dropsy, although I've never seen or heard of it in arowanas. does the body of the aro seem swollen?

medications maracyn,maracyn two, tri sulfa any of these will work
ebsin salts and large water changes also works but to slow for me
caused by poor water quality
 
body is not swollen , no red marks or streaks
water quality is great am-0 nitrite - 0 nitrates - 30-40
