He's doing much better now. I moved him into the 125. My little oscar seems to be messing with him every once in a while but the aro just darts across the tank and the oscar keeps scooping up sand as usual.

bigger tank perhaps? I would turn off the lights, and put a black cover over the tank. be quieter around the tank.
Dosing the 125 with meds is the reason I use a smaller tank for a hospital tank. 125 + 55g sump=lots of meds. He's doing a lot better now, hasnt been freaking out but still just sits and swims into the side of the tank constantly
