So what the heck is wrong with this guy?
incidently this the the one that is having problems eating, I guess the 2 are related.

Odd... not sure what is going on. Can you provide more pics, some from the side?
 
I will try and get some more pics up later.
I do think the fact that he cannot eat gas something to do with this.
He is also starting to get very thin, to be honest I don't really know what can be done.
 
Clove oil time. Sedate him and open up his mouth to find out if anything is stuck in there. Could save his life if you act quick.

OK so the clove oil, is there a special type for aquaria use or just regular clove oil?

Do you think the lower jaw looks normal? the way its sticking out like that? If you do then at least i know his eating problem has nothing to do with that.....
 
i've never seen an arowana from that angel i dont see anything wrong though
