Well im at 5 days as off today. He still wont eat pellets, and i have not "witnessed" him eating fish. Hes still extremely startled...(gar) would covering the back glass possibly help with that? As far as being scared? And any ideas on getting him on pellets?

i just found my aro dead this morning on the floor... he was like 8 inches and i had a little piece of wood on my 100 gal and there was a square gap in between the wood and the tank that was like 2 inches by 2 inches i cant believed he squeezed through it sucks

Sorry about that, that sucks. They really can get through extremely small spaces. That why I have not even 1 inch on my tank uncovered. I cut pieces of acrylic for the back spaces of my tank where the intake and outtake of my filter are so there are no spaces for mine to get out.
