Silver Aros!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
His Prices were around $300 for most things. 200 for silvers. And 400 for Super Reds I think.

Seems too good to be true, he claims that these fish are already in Australia, and ARE NOT microchipped.

Sounds great! But cant help but be skeptical, esp if its MY $300 at risk.

Is there anyway to mitigate the risk? ie some sort of payment holding service where the money is visible but not withdraw-able until some sort of final OK is given by the purchaser.

There has to be a better way. 5K is too much for an asian fish of any description.

a chill for 5k would be sweet, best I have seen is 7-8k. RTG 3-4k silvs - 400-600$ 24k gold - 25k

I had an rtg but after a few months let it go, I dont see the hype so much money every night was a what if I walk in and X and Y have occurred... the little bugger wasn't growing very fast too lol.

Sadly there is no better way, putting money up is the only thing that seems to work! But silvers have always been quite cheap just a matter of finding them.

there is two options you can do with the arowana
1. move to a country which allows the arowana
2. save up money and keep browsing for the arowana they definitely show up on classified ads its just finding it at the right time and having the $$$$$ not impossible just rare and expensive

So I thought I would put this guy to the test, and I asked him if there was anyway he could lessen the risk for me, he offered to send the fish for free, just pay the delivery charge of $250.

I said, mate, for this first time, send me your cheapest fish, a silver, and You cover the delivery costs, when the fish arrives alive, I will pay you both the fish cost and the delivery cost, within 24 hours. If this does work I will buy 10 more straight away, and refer him onto heaps of people looking for these fish.

I havent heard back yet, lol.

dont waste your time plus what you are doing its actually quite potential for a scam

right now i guess all we can do is wait for the brainless cites to figure out that arowana are only endangered iN THE WILD(e.g lakes and rivers of asia) and many are taken home to be bred

+1, Defs around just the $$$ and in many cases its finding the right people... like I said most the people I know of with these fish dont use ads nor do they really want to sell to people they dont know.. worst then drug dealers lol!
