silver arowana concerns?

i had my silver 3 months , one day in one of my earlier threads, the silver jumped hit head (neck) area hard stunned himself , he has a slight dip in his neck ,he looks happy eats great behavior very normal should i be concened or what actions to take if any ?
 
if he is active and eats well he will be okay. is there still a dip in the neck?
 
yes it noticeable i will try to get a pic up i just got a closeup view of him and it does concern me

As long as it's eating and swimming(otherwise being healthy), only time will really tell. It may growout of the deformaty or it may not.

Last may I adopted a deformed aro, no reason was given for the deformation. Whether it be an injury or being kept in a tank much to small. Gradually over time, once it was placed into a larger tank, the silver aro went back to normal. See pics below
