Silver arowanas reach maturity between 3 and 5 years of age. At that time they would be much larger than 13". Seeing that this is the OP's first post, he is probably a troll.

im sure its possible bc of the sheer amount of aros out there that a female may expell eggs for some unknow or un natural reason. But at 13 inches that aint happening
