I'm not sure what you want to know, 220 gal 72x30x24 is my largest tank 1 arrow 15-18 inches , rtc, tsn, 2 gt, 2 poly sen, also have 2 90 gals, a 72bow, 40 breeder , and 2 20 gals.

@OP: I think that if you want a good home for your Aro, I would skip this person. No offense Tskstorm, 220 gallons isn't the best for a Silver Aro, and theres another silver plus other massive fish.

Moonstruck, is there a Zoo you could donate him to? I know a guy who donated his silver aro when it was 18" here in Houston, I went back to the Zoo a few months back.. That Silver is close to 3 and a half feet now.

Another option for transport would be a large styrofoam cooler. We've used that many times...most recently to transport a 30" aligator gar and if the pillowcase doesn't work well a pond net surely will. Beautiful fish by the way! Hope he finds a good home :)

Tskstorm, I'm inclined to think that the tank sounds a little crowded as well. Both of those cats could use a bigger tank footprint then the 220 you have them in. I'm not saying that the tank doesn't sound nice though.

Water, I haven't tried any zoos/Aquaria yet - I figured his bum eye would make him ineligible, honestly. I'll ask though, thanks for the idea!

Devan, could you tell me more about what's in this 450g tank? I noticed that you've been trying to get arowana for a while, and am just curious about what their home is like, haha.

hello im new here but i knoticed the free arowana i currently have a 450 gallon tank. so far i only have two large peaceful oscars and a striped raphl catfish (i know messed up raphl forgot how to spell it right). anyways i live in new jersey and will be happy to take in ur arowana. i take good care of my fish and always gives them a very variade diet such as crickets , live fish, high quality pellets, bloodworms, and live mice on occasion. my tank has plenty of room and i was looking for a arowana for a while now.
