Silver Arowana stress???

It is not fin rot, if you have already removed the other tank mates then all you need now is clean water. Keep your nitrates under 10ppm and the arowana will heal rather quickly. You may have to do 50% daily water changes in order to achieve the 10 ppm.

Probably the jaguar was doing something in my back.
Another question, will the daily 50% water changes stress more the aro?

If it is eating, that is a good sign. Only do 50% water changes if needed. Do you know how to test your nitrates?
 
Hello Brian,

the aro seems to be improving, eating as previously. The most probable cause was the jaguar.
I'm testing the nitrates and they are below 20 ppm, they are fine.

Hi, I'm a new memeber for this site but have been in the fishkeeping hobby for a long time now...this is indeed a sign of fish stress...i would advise you not to use a powerful powerhead for your filter...a foam filter with medium powered aerator would do..as it is much more calm than the powerheads...refrain from using bubble curtains also...that's all.
 
I'm having a 4 inch arowana . I bought it before 5days it's not eating, not active, some times only it's coming to the top other times it is staying at the bottom . And I have another arowana too it's also 4inch only but it's good looking
