What Causes this? I keep up with my water changes and medicate on daily bases like Stress Coat. PLZ HELP!!!

Have you checked your water quality ?
what is your water parameters
what other fish are in with it ?... may have gotten hit by something that messed his air bladder up

I just gotta hope for the best tomorrowa trick that I did one time when some of my fish was getting really marked up but again I never saw any aggression in the tank at all so I set up a digital camcorder and set it up where it would film tthe whole tank and found out who was doing the fighting and got him his own tank
