I know its hard watching your fish like that but there is nothing than you can really do right now you have done your best just try and stay calm its unfortunate but it happens we just got to keep strong and do our best .

Now the thing that you need to do is find out what one is the aggressor in the tank
 
lost one to that too, but its scales wer elike melting off, 5 yrs ago or so.
 
Are these adult fish? Not to get your hopes up, but MFker Flagtail's arowana was doing that right before it laid eggs...
 
does it spin around in circles too? im pretty sure that aro is a goner. ive lost lots of fish to this "whirling disease". do a google search.

once they get this they never recover and theyll most likely die. i would just put it out of its misery
