Where there is sunshine
hey guys,
Do u think that I can keep a silver arowana with an australian one in the same tank?? I have heard that the Australian ones are really mean....

well it depends on the fish really. first of all my jardini is a really nice fish. i never see it attack any of my fishes. so maybe it coudl be kept with a silver but then again u never know when it grows up if it will attack other fiesh or not. so the only way to tell is test it. if u wanan try then have a back up tank and then try to sell one of them if it doesnt work out.

I wouldn't recommend it.

aahh...I guess I won't then....:(
Thanks for ur replies friends....

thats wut i thought too until it reaches like 8" and becomes a menace....

don't sound good

Usually the sifus say that two aros is not good for a comm tank ... better to go with 3 or more. Also, due to a jar's aggressive nature, it's good to make sure the the silver(s) are bigger that the jar ... after that its basically up to the personalities of the individual fish and your luck. So .....

GOOD LUCK!

It will be OK
