So If you had the choice:

Dragon Goby

Which fish would you purchase?

I have had all of those choices before and out of all of them I got the silver dat.

Howd you like the dat? Is he bright silver and black or more dark like some of the pictures I have seen online?

I liked him, he was really nice. He was silver and in the right light had a yellow tint to him. The only thing I didn't like is that he would only eat live blackworms. I stopped feeding them to him and he didn't eat for five weeks so I started back up again. They have great personalitys, just don't give them black worms. He also neve got to dark either, he kept his color well.

So he looked more like the pic guppy posted? Sorry for all these questions, its just that its kinda an expensive fish ($24, poor college student) and want to make sure I get what I think I'm getting.

Btw I would never feed him blackworms, only chunks of prawn and other fish.

Yeah like guppys pic but not as bleached out. How big is the one you are getting. Mine was 3in and I got it for $6. The only reason it got blackworms cuase it was in with my small ray and it got a taste for them and only them and wouldn't eat anything else.

A 2" costs $17 - $24 around here.

The wholesale cost is around 8 dollors. And I have to buy the fish sigh-unseen since its a special order!

I've had my 3'' one since February. Hes more like the one in the second photo. I once had him in a tank with light sand & he coloured really well. Hes slightly darker in my 100G with black sand. Like all Dats his colour varies according to mood but hes way more stable than my 7'' Indo. Eats frozen bloodworm, krill and earthworms very well. kept in freshwater with no rpoblems. A really superb fish & I'd choose it over an Indo anytime (not of course a Widebar though).

i think so... mine are pulcher and thin bar... they don't look like those even when they turn a little dark. i presume they are silver dat.:)

lets see some pics of your pulchers
