NIce Silver Dollars guys. What's the temperment like for these fish? I am thinking of putting a small school (5 fish ) in my 110 gallon New World Community tank. Do you think they could hack it w/ viejas, carpintis GT's and such?

Really good temprement, although they are nervy.

They are fine with agressive cichlids, make for very good dithers, although dont let em get too beat up

I hear Silver Dollars are big time plant eaters. Has anyone been able to keep plants with these fish. I have java fern & moss and hornwort.

They will destroy plants, java fern and moss is usually ok.

Although ive found spotted dollars to be a lot better with plants.
