Definatly will go with the flagtail, hopefully they can be found here in Cali, if not then I will go with the regular tinfoil over the dollar because they get bigger.

I've tried tinfoil barb in aro tank....
my aro size 8" and the tinfoil barb around 7"......and I have 8 of tinfoil barbs inside....they are doin fine....

now trying to put silver dollar in....we just see what will happen

Id personally prefer the tin foils to silver dollars (both Id think would be ok tho)Had 2- 7" silver dollars w/ my former silver aro (and a lone tin foil-long story ,had a bunch that ended up headless due another fish) .But my 2 silver dollars used have random bursts of fighting or playing and freak out the aro occaionally.Plus silver dollars seem to grow pretty slow compared to tinfoils.Another thing i liked about my tinfoil was that hed scavenge the food the aro dropped .
