my arowana was about 8 inches when we got her, she's close to 12 inches now. She is comfortable in my 150 gal tank with her bestest buddy C. ocellaris pbass, 2 red bay snooks, the new TSN, and a couple big crayfish. And she'll go into the 240 when we get it set up. She will always be in the biggest tank we have.. and i say "she" because we named her Pinky, not because we actually know what sex she is.. lol.

my smaller aro started at 4" in a 150gal. moved him to a 400gal within 1 year. he is now about 18"
my bigger one i got at 17" and had it in the 150 with the smaller 4" aro, he too got moved to my 400gal within 1 year. he is now 24"
and i have meilings aro, who is living in my 400gal with the other 2.
they've been in the 400 for about 3-4 months now. but owning them for 1 yr and 4 months total
