Shouldn't give out advice if you dont know whats being asked. Especially if you were ASSUMING silversides are the same as lance fish. They might be but you obviously werent sure.

I like the San Francisco Bay Brand "Sally's Silversides", which are just whole fishes frozen and doesnt fall apart like the one mentioned above when you thaw it out. Closer to "el natural". lol.
