I had a school of 5 of them that I kept till about 10". They absolutely love being in groups and do much better in the saltier end of brackish. Mine, like majority of people, were bought in pure fw. What I did was every time I did a wc, I would replace the water with full sw and eventually overtime the tank has turned from fw to brackish to full blown salt. They can handle warmer water above 80 when young but once they're in full sw, try and keep the temp around 78 at the warmest.

Sorry. Sudden death syndrome.

Does Google fail to explain?
