Simple question? (Powerhead sizing/numbers)

I only have live rock 170lbs /phos reactor and a BIG skimmer in a 125 SPS/LPS REEF tank with a 40 gallon sump (running). No problems with perams..

For a fish only tank, throw a few air stones and call it a day.

the only problem i would see with this is that the flow is too low to properly move throughout the rock work, making dead zones and raising nitrates

if you have a pretty light fish load and/or frequent maintainence this shouldn't be MUCH of a problem
