If they're all very young specimen, it's still managable by the average filtration. But oscar's bioload is rather high thus may not be easy to tackle when they start to grow bigger in there.
 
I agree, you'll be okay. It might be good for a long time
 
As long as the oscars dont bother the aro I think you'll be ok.

(Massive filtration and water changes would be a must)
 
thnx, the advice aint for me tho, i got kicked out of a thread at o-fish for suggesting he should add an aro and a pleco to his 220g with three os when he asked what some good tankmates should be. The mod said he kiked me out for givin balatantly bad advice, was just chekin to see if i was way off since ill be gettin a similar setup for a 180g or 220g( 1 or 2 os, an aro, couple plecs and cats, 1 pike, maybe a jag).

I think that setup is good for quite awhile. Oscars require frequent gravel vacs, the messy bastards, but you already know that.
