FYI Bio Spira has not been made in about 1 to 2 years, so if you find some its old.

Dr. Tim Hovanec, the creator of biospira, made Dr Tims one and only. It has to be refridgerated and it is his brand now.

I used Bio Spira in the past when it was available. It worked if it was stored properly.

Refridgerated BioSpira is now repackaged as Tetra SafeStart and has been for quite some time now for freshwater.

Works like a charm if you are up against it for time. Instant cycle inna bottle.

This looks good. Anyone have exp with this?

I have used One and Only for the past year now, works great. Takes 7-10 days to cycle my 30's completely. If I add this and use old biowheels and poly pad "squeezins" from existing tank, 3 days.
