Single/Short worded posts...good or bad?

depends on what post type.
like rally advised in photo lounge or even lounge posts its fine and even some other sections of the site depending on the context of the thread.
someone doing it all the time in every post does seem to be post count orientated.

As long as it is short and sweet and to the point I'm cool with it. Sometimes I just say 
to support the other poster and because that is what I would have said.

I think it's fine. Nothing wrong with having a short and simple comment to get your point across.
