Seriously, they are like Gulper Cats that can easily swallow fish up to their size. Also learned that they are cannibals. The will try to eat each other. Their metabolism is pretty fast because each and every day their bellies can look like this. They are non stop eaters and will continue to eat as long as food is in front of their face.

I have a group that is housed with some Temensis. Soon as I approach the tank the Tems will great me like puppy dogs waiting to be fed. The Perches now mimic the same behavior. I have another group in another tank and they scatter away in search of shelter...

it hurts to look at all these nice perches around when i dont have one x.x GOTTA GET ONE x.x

anyway, AMAZING!!! these must grow like hecka fast if u feed em like that o.O
 
That little guy can pack it in. I like the pattern on those guys when their little.
 
dude thats insane, looks like me after hometown buffet lol.
 
those are cool perch. i seen them in chinese markert in southren california. i ate them before their meat is very good
