Cichlid gold is mostly empty carbs. Try massivore or other foods that aren't corn instead.

i got a normal cichlid gold. I was at petsmart and they didnt have NSL or massivore. They had the sinking cichlid gold but its medium size and i wanted the mini. But its okay i think i'll dip the pellet into water then give it to the fish so it'll sink
