Cheap is a relative term. Where I am, cheap would be $200 for a 5" diameter ray. What price range and size are you looking for?
Yea using the words cheap and stingray in the same sentence is not logically correct...may not be even grammatically correct 
You really just have to keep your eyes open for a good deal. I got my two 8" motoros for $110USD total + shipping. Watch for people cutting deals on this site and others on the web. If you're patient you'll find something.
lots of great deal on here but not sure if shipping to mexico would be an option.....check with the vendors on here they might be able to help you out....how is that drylok tank coming along?
