Breeding cichlid in general pretty much, my severums leap out of the water to try and take a piece of me, I can even put my hand in with my GTs or the female would nail me and if I swip at her in a knee jerk reaction she dodges it a then attaks me twice as hard.
My Krib in my 6ft, it's the smallest fish in the tank at alittle over 2" and would make a quick snack for any of the 3 Oscars, Male GT or the Chocolate Cichlid but they all avoid him cause hes nuts and attacks harder then any other fish in the tank, darting in and out from the rocks he pelts them from all sides as they try to eat him.
Fish that hold grudges, I had a 6yr old female con, 3.5", that had a hard life before I got her and was abit screwed up because of it, she terrorised everything and even attacked me, she would flair up at the side of the tank when I entered the room (never bred or layed eggs just hated everyone). Then one day my GT, 9", got the better of her and beat her up. She was still fighting with him when I she swam into where all the jewels breed and they and the GT tore her apart before I could net her out. They had he trapped in the corner 12 fish attacking one they tore off her gills and mouth so I euthnized her, I miss her.(she put up a good fight, killed 2 jewels and I had quarantine my GT whilst his fins grew back)
