Once I added that and aquarium salt I happend to save my hujetas and eels :)
Not so lucky with the butis butis or cichlids
 
Thanks guys. I still can't figure out what happened but I'm going to leave my 65 for a day more or two and do like 5% or less changes for a few days for it instead of one 15%-20% or so change. My deformed sen corny is still alive, not doing so hot but I think he did eat some food last night so maybe after some recovery time he'll come around. Still can't believe the healthy ones all died and the deformed not as healthy one lived. Totally beyond me... sucks either way but at least I might be able to save 1 of them :\
 
I try to always age my water atleast 3 days before using. I also run it through a GE smartwater filter first and use either Prime or Amquel. Bichirs are surface breathers so oxygen levels wouldn't have anything to do with their loss. The last time I didn't age my water properly I lost 4 f1blk calvus. Most cities will tell you what and when they add chemicals to the water supply, all it takes is a phone call. Sorry to hear about your losses, and hopefully you'll be able to keep it from happening again.
