Yeah try to get it on pellets right now and then balance it out with other kinds of food like freeze dried shrimps.Remember make a balance diet for your aro and nice pick up

if your silver is already accepting let pellets then you may use aro sticks cut up
but if he isn't then wait for him to grow a little bigger(6"+) before you start fasting him
