In theory a 3200 GPH ph would not be overkill in your tank, but I dont think that you will get the performance promised from that unit. I use Vortech MP40's on my tank, and they promise 3200GPH, but they are $400 pumps. While I'm all for cheap Chinese knock-offs, I really dont think you will be happy with those pumps, but for $25 you dont have much to lose.
Also keep in mind that you will need more than one ph, regardless of size in order to get flow going in all areas of the tank.
