Skinny fish. I think interal parasites?

I'm pretty sure it was fish tb. It came on slow the fish had been getting skinny for 6 months. He stoped growing the female that I bought with him is still growing and doing well she was moved from him before he got really bad. No cruved spine. Maybe it was just a bad bacteira infection of some kind. But I did treat him with jungles medicated food.
All other fish have been moved to a new 100 gal tank. They are fine growing and have good healthy poop. They eat and act normal. I am treating for ich because the pictus cats brought it into the tank. I have only seen one spot so it's not a bad case and should clear up fast I'm had to deal with ich with almost every fish I buy lately.
I moved the sick to it's own tank where it passed away. I'm not going to lie I gave up on him and should have just put it down.
Anyone ever had fish tb?
My mom is shipping out my microscope from when I was a kid. So I can check the poop.
