Skinny GT

It could just be the angle but it does look a little thin in the 2nd pic. What and how often are you feeding? What are the tankmates ?

I rotate between NLS pellets, Hikari gold, OSI Spirulina flakes, frozen bloodworms, and the occasional nightcrawler. I feed once daily. Flakes are never fed by themselves. Tank mates are a 6" male JD, and a 3" GT. Weekly 60-75% water changes. Nitrates never higher than 30ppm.

Maybe bump up the bloodworms and night crawlers. Or try isolating the gt so you know it is getting enough food. I bet the jd has the top spot and gets the majority of the food. If you can't isolate the gt then try overfeeding to ensure the gt is getting enough food.

on the skinny GT, try to notice if he has long stringy white poop.

JD does rank supreme, but I usually distract him to make sure both GT's get food. I'll up the feedings though. As far as poop goes, I don't think I've seen him poop in a few weeks. I'm sure he's doing it, but I just haven't seen it. I'll keep a watchful eye

Reckon I Can see the white stringy poop in the last pic too, it's not looking too good and he appears to have lost a bit of condition since your first pics. Looks like you may have some worms or internal parasite of some sort.

Looks like he needs his own space as stress could be causing him to not eat properly or he has some underlying infection or worm infestation. I'd look into the first option first and house him in his own tank... cichlids under stress do loose weight and become stunned. I'd hurry on and address these issues asap... its not the foods that are the issues its something far more beyond that.

I agree. I would isolate and feed it some pellets soaked in epsom salt as well.
