I feel in love with this specie the first time I saw one at the local zoo almost 20 yrs ago.

He's a African Bullfrogs (Pyxicephalus adspersus)

I have heard of some 11-12" specimens but would say 10" would be more of the norm.

yeah but I cheated because Ive already used that one for other threads.Im working on some new material,lol.Ah its all in hopes to bring some smiles.On the frog though,that is really amazing.I may have missed something in the thread but how exactly does it gain mass while other animals as far as I know decrease in size while in hibernation?
