eating is def a good sign, keep up with that water quality now. I'de also say if he is good at taking things from hand start introduceing better foods asap, not large amounts of it.. but a shrimp here, some cut-up nightcrawler or tilapia fillet there. maybe stuff some small pellets in the shrimp Just try not to change things to dramatically to soon. But expanding and increasing the quality and diversity of his foods should help get him bulked up and in better condition faster. Don't try and force anything on 'em or obviousely starve him, but try new things and see what he does, I've found many fish will start taking better foods right off the bat without any prodding other then just offering it in a comfortable way ( ie a hand fed fish offered a new food by hand or sinking foods in the same corner they are usually fed in.)
Wow went out to get some of that med today as your looks fairley similare to mine, though yours a little worse. I am goint to set up a 29 g to treat her, away from my outher fish. I really hope for the best for the both of us!!!! Everything crossed. I know exactley how you feel about her eating as iin a little is better then nothing. I will update in a few days.

It is pricey stuff. Lucky for me a local pet for has there our brand made. It cost me $10.00 and it is enough to treat up to a 650 gallon tank.
Yes. keep me informed on how yours is doing and I will do the same. Maybe we can give helpful tips as we figure things out.
she is in the 29 g atm, treated water...already shes eaten almost a whole dew worms which is good, shes been moving around the 29 alot kinda skulking on the bottom. With any luck she will be more mole tomorrow.
Well today is better for my ray, her key shaped head is less defined and is mobile along the bottom of the tank however she is yet to be on the glass again. Today she has actually eaten almost 2 worms... as i have just returned to wrk. I cut the worms into about 13 peaces so there nice and small, and leave them in there for her for the day. She is the only one in the 29, and thus far i have seen an improvement using thus prazipro stuff... will continue to send updates as we experience progression.
