Looks good. Your RTC is gorgeous. Not very often with such sharp colors. Obviously very healthy with the way he has fin extension. Looking to do something like this in the near future.

Awesome pond...
In the future, consider using Drylock to seal the block wall. I've used it on plywood and the result has been 100% watertight.
You can also have latex paint pigment added to change the color of it. For less than $100 you should be able to overlay that beige epoxy with Beige Drylock...
