He's just gorgeous but I want to reduce the nitrates in my 55g so I'm letting him go. He was free to me from my LFS and needs a good home. Always been in tropical temps here, eats anything. Is territorial, but claims a small area under plants. He should fit in with most any aggressive cichlid community or even, as he's in now, a semi-aggressive set up. Acts very much like a slightly shy Oscar. The pics almost do him justice.
He's never been ill or refused food. Amazing fish, I just need more room in there and don't trust my Oscar tank for him.
