Ive got both of these.I uninstalled a few things and emptied the recycle bin and ran all of these again.way better now.A few months ago I got an external hard drive and reloaded windows on my laptop.It fixed everything then,this time it was just stalling or something, so far its better now.

I say invest in a friend who's good with computers. I usually just drop off my computer at my friend Treymons house and give him a 12pack, then BOOM! My computers awesome again... But I guess that doesn't really help you much, sorry :[
