I see. Got me stumped then Internal Parasites ? Do they have clear or white feces ?

BTW just a thought. I switched from prazi pro to Para guard from Seachem . Para guard does not seem to irritate the fish nearly as much and does a great job. It cured some weird parasites on my Delhezi during his quarantine. It also stopped a pair of oscars that both had a bad itch (Gill flukes I was quite sure) All of them are healthy and disease/symptom free now.

Feces has been normal. I watch my discus for hexamita and internal parasites like a hawk given that if you don't catch it quick on discus, they become anorexic and starve to death. I've got a bottle of prazipro that I want to use, but will look into the para guard for the future.

I had a similar thing happen, though it was with firemouths. All from the same batch, at about 15 months old I lost 4 of the 5 without explanation.

All different ages but all 5.5"-6.5"

A bunch of plecos, other discus, and a variety of loaches. And no, the plecos did not touch the discus even after they were dead.

This is a stretch...........
It sounds like you have something leaching into your water slowly killing your fish. Is all your plumbing plastic? PVC and/or flexible hose? If you have any fittings that are metal, galvanized steal, or what ever, that could be an issue? Maybe a paperclip or a nail? I know it's a streach. Something to think about. If you don't have a stronger theory go with this one and move the fish to a completly new system. Can't move em? Then amp up your water changes. I would set up some kind of container/water holder with a heater and keep aged water on hand for all water changes. Don't use water conditionors and/or additives maybe you got a bad batch? Keep the lid off the water container and keep it heated to tank temps.
