Small Breeding Tank.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
there's a lot of livebearers that are good options, but I would look into killies, since they aren't as common and some species are brilliantly colored.

I think im going to go with a tank of guppys and platys and see how thta goes. I was thinking about trying to breed shrimp or small kind of lobster for the first time but. Any ideas?
Thanks guys

the guppies will be fool proof and wont overload your tank as fast. I actually breed guppies on accident...I CANT GET THEM TO STOP! they are taking over my puffer tank because he cant eat them fast enough!

But I just bought a mantis shrimp so they will come in handy. :headbang2

im saying 1 male auratus and 2 female auratus with ALOT of hiding space. but let the MFKers approve of this because im not a good estimater.

you could definitely go with a convict pair but you will get bored of them.

Best small tank fix I've ever known. They will breed whether you want fry or not! Biggest one pictured is the daddy teachin' the kids respect!
