There really isn't a catfish that won't eat fry.

Maybe look into Pygmy Cory's? They stay puny (1.25" or so), will eat leftovers, but I'm not sure if they'll eat fry.

Oto cats wont eat fry but won't eat leftovers either

X2 on pygmy corys. A small school of them would be great and I really doubt that they would harm any fry or anything for that matter.

+1. Catfish will eat anything that will fit in their mouths. Including helpless fry. If Cory's will eat live worms(black or blood) then they will eat fry.
