small chip in tank

Well I checked out the tank today and here is my findings....the chip will be OK, no issues there. There are a fair # of scratches (how easy are they to buff out????)
The stand is worthless since it is way out of level and looking at the bottom shows some daylight through it where it looks hilly and has unsupported areas. The tubing in the back IE overflows and returns look like they need redone due to some leaking.
The sump looks in good shape though.
