ya seine nets work if ya dont mind getting wet
gill nets are the best though especially when you have a permit to use one

one word: dynamite J/K, ok heres what you do because I live near Washington and I am pretty sure nets are illegal (if you don't care about legality just use the net or the dynamite) so heres what you do get yourself a clear bober with an eyehole on each side so you can tie off your fishingline, on one side tie off you fishing line on the other side tie off a small 2 pound leader line with a fly attached to it go upstream and float it down above the fish unless there suckers or carp this should work pretty good
