small gar with big gar?

Risky (acceptable imo) but doable. I mixed two gators of substantial size difference. Recently i added a third one (rescued one) which is half the size of the largest one. It seems to be OK.

It really does depend on the fish itself. Just to be sure feed the bigger one to the brim then introduce... have a separator ready just in case.

Should be fine. Ive had similar combos before. as said though...their may be some nipped fins, but not much more than that.
