Looks great. A little more rock or wood would not hurt but even as it is now given some time for the fish to grow and fill out and you will have one very nice looking setup.

That's pretty cool lookin./. What were you turning on , on top of the tank??? That was interesting

thats the water inlet for my drip system, and i modified the regular DIY overflow to slow such a little amount, and not lose prime. We have plans to add more rock and one big piece of driftwood, when we find it.

what else could i add to the tank

I like it!!! Has a lot more potential though. I thought my cichlids would uproot my real plants but just tie a piece of string around the root and bury it under a rock. I'd replace the fake plants with amazon swords and maybe some anubias, and put a black background up. That would make it amazing!!!! I'd also make some rock piles and formations for them to hide in and maybe another piece of driftwood. Good luck like the tank man!!!

well the background is painted on so its difficult to change. last time we had a black background you couldn't see my Oscar,so we opted for blue. The fake plants are just easier to maintain ha ha. Once we find a large piece of driftwood that we can afford we will buy one. we live near some creeks and rivers so thought about trying to find my own.

is this tank considered overstocked yet?
