Smallest Fish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i was gonna say a ram, they only get like 2"-2.5", but I've been known to be wrong before! :D

Freshwater, right?

I am sure there are some tiny ones! Especially alot of natives, or fish we don't often 'see' in aquaria!

Neons, White clouds.. ?

My guess is bumblebee goby.

i think it's a dwarf live bearer. i can catch them in my area and the biggest one i caught was about 1"

I did a search and these are what I found. I don't know if people keep them in tanks.
salt water, Dwarf goby (Trimmatom nanus) second smallest at 1cm., stout infantfish (Schindleria brevipingius) smallest known vertebrate at 7mm.
freshwater, Pandus pygmy goby (Pandaka pygmea) at 1cm.
