I'm not sure that there were any actual issues. I think some of those folks took issue with the owners for one reason or another, or it just wasn't where the hip kids did their shopping. With the discus forums I was on you never could tell. It was a pretty cliquey world. I took it with a grain of salt. I've gotten great fish from hated breeders/importers, and I've gotten garbage from some very well respected ones.

I lived in the Tacoma area for a few years. Great place to be a fishkeeper compared to deepest darkest Montana.

Now that we got rid of the smell, you should come back and visit. For those that have lived in Tacoma for some years you know what Im talking about. We used to have a lot of industry in the area and it created what was called 'The Tacoma Aroma'.

That's terrible news. The smell added a certain ambiance. I always thought the smell had more to do with taking down the narrows bridge than the wind did.

Yes, the biggest known Crassi was 9-10inches. I have two from Wetspot and have nothing but praise for them ( both the Crassis and Wetspot). Really great people to order from and I LOVE my little Crassi Oscars. I will have to see how big they end up getting. They are growing very quickly though!

thanks for the info. They are cheaper then I thought. I am thinking of picking up a group in the near future. the only real gamble is if they get bigger then 10 inches that could be a lot of oscar
